Ticagrelor
Ticagrelor, een nieuwe remmer van de trombocytaggregatie, is's werelds eerste reversibele combinatie oraal toegediende adenosine-difosfaatreceptorantagonist van P2Y12.Het wordt gebruikt om cardiovasculaire sterfte en hartaanvallen bij patiënten met acuut coronair syndroom te verminderen.Ticagrelor is een wit tot bijna wit poeder met hygroscopische werking, dus opslag en transport bij lage temperatuur is vereist.
